You can ship them to our Bogart, GA address or drop them off in person. Include your contact info and a rough count of items. We’ll confirm receipt and keep you updated.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Which formats do you convert?

VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, 8mm, Digital8, MiniDV, 8mm and Super 8 film reels, 35 mm slides and printed photos, and audio cassettes and mini cassettes.

Do you support PAL or other international formats?

Yes, most international video formats (including PAL) are supported. If you’re unsure of a format, just ask and we’ll confirm.

What output formats do I receive?

We typically deliver MP4 video and JPEG images on USB drive. Audio cassettes are delivered as MP3.

Yes. We return all original tapes, film, slides, and photos after digitization, along with your USB drive.

We perform basic cleaning and capture adjustments (tracking, color/levels) as needed for a quality transfer.

How do you handle my privacy?

Your memories remain private and are never shared. They never leave our possession.  We only keep working files temporarily for quality checks and can delete them immediately on request.  Typically we keep the media securely stored for 30 days.

What if a tape is damaged or blank?

We’ll evaluate damaged media and advise on options before proceeding. If a tape or reel is blank, we’ll let you know—no surprises.  There is no charge for untransferred tapes
