We typically deliver MP4 video and JPEG images on USB drive. Audio cassettes are delivered as MP3.
Yes. We return all original tapes, film, slides, and photos after digitization, along with your USB drive.
We perform basic cleaning and capture adjustments (tracking, color/levels) as needed for a quality transfer.
Pricing depends on format and quantity. As a guide, VHS starts around $20 per tape, film by the foot, slides/photos per image, and audio per cassette. For an exact quote, contact us with your item count.
Yes—volume pricing is available for larger projects. Tell us approximately how many items you have and we’ll provide a custom quote.
Your memories remain private and are never shared. They never leave our possession. We only keep working files temporarily for quality checks and can delete them immediately on request. Typically we keep the media securely stored for 30 days.
We’ll evaluate damaged media and advise on options before proceeding. If a tape or reel is blank, we’ll let you know—no surprises. There is no charge for untransferred tapes
